What To Do Next and When To Do It

Next Application

4TH OF JULY, JUNE 27th – JULY 11th

Green grass and BBQs!

  • It’s getting hot! We don’t want to do too much to our lawns during the hot summer months for fear of stressing them out.
  • If the heat gets extremely bad, consider a quick 10-minute irrigation cycle to cool things off in the afternoon.
  • Spraying weeds is a no-no this time of year. Pull them!
  • STAY AWAY FROM WEED AND FEED!
  • Want a bit more green? Throw some Iron down.

How To Use This Guide

I know, I know… your yard is different.

You’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. Your yard was planted over an ancient graveyard, cursed, no hope.

TRY THIS PROGRAM! It doesn’t matter what shape the yard is in; if there’s turf there, and you have a little patience, you WILL see results. Once you get in a routine with this program, the spot areas and specific issues can be addressed if needed. But know this; this program was designed to address almost every common lawn issue and keep it from coming back. Follow the applications, don’t start next year, START NOW!

Jump In and Let’s Get To Work!

You will see a date range with each step. Whatever date you are closest to, start there and never look back. All of the applications in each step are designed to be done in one day. Some steps take very little time, other steps will have you applying 3, 4, even 5 products at once. Take your time, make sure and apply these products evenly and you will be thrilled with the outcome.

BE PATIENT! Grass is resilient and is easy to take care of once you know what it needs; sun, water and nutrients. This guide focuses on maximizing those three things.

This is not an overnight fix, but it is the correct fix. You will see improvement within a few weeks but achieving the perfect lawn is a process that could take a few seasons to achieve, STICK WITH IT! Even the most problematic yards are lush and beautiful by season three. Have fun with it!!

A NOTE ON THE OPTIONAL N-EXT Applications – I love these products but DO NOT recommend them for beginners. They are messy, more difficult to apply and require a but more knowledge on how to use them properly. Skip them if you are just starting out, once you get the program down, add them in if you want a little more effectiveness. The program works beautifully without them.
